I do not charge for setting up.

I am based in Lancashire and will travel all over the UK. If the booking is outside of a 20 mile radius from my home, I will charge extra for travel at 40p per mile.

I can perform for as long as you require, from one song for a proposal or first dance to a full day!

Yes I can! I have performed for many church weddings over he years and always love the acoustics! if given notice, I can also play for the hymns instead of an organist.

Yes I can. I can pack up at one venue and set up at the next really quickly…often before the guests get there!

I don’t have a PA system as it’s not usually required, however it’s really easy to plug into the PA at the venue if needed.

I have a professional AER amplifier which is always sufficient and can use either an electric violin or acoustic.

Yes – I can weather dependent. In extreme weather e.g. very hot sunny days, I will require a shaded area or umbrella please.

I can play on either a traditional acoustic violin or my beautiful white electric violin, with or without professional backing tracks and amplification. Most of my backing tracks are either piano or guitar backing.

Yes, of course, I have my own repertoire which includes Classical, Musicals/Films, Disney, Jazz and Pop.

Yes, no problem, I can perform almost any piece, and will learn up to 3 requests for no extra charge. I then charge £15 for each song after and will need at least 2 weeks to learn.

I can discuss the type of music you like, give you suggestions and place them in an order which flows and gels beautifully.

Yes, I have £10 million public liability cover and all of my equipment is PAT-tested and of the highest standard. I am also a member of the Musician’s Union.

It doesn’t take long for me to set up so I will arrive 1 hour before I’m due to start. This way, I have time to set up and liaise with the staff and registrars at the venue.

To avoid any disappointment I suggest you contact and book me well in advance as I take bookings up to 3 years beforehand.

Further time can be added at any time if you wish.

I will contact you 6 months before your special day to send you my up to date repertoire of music asking for your choices back approximately 3 months before your special day.

As a rough guide 16 pieces per hour.
